Delivery times
Unfortunately, it is of course impossible to hold all items related to all serials and movies in store at all times. Although we are trying to keep our inventory lists as comprehensive as possible, we might have to order the item you requested. As shipments from Japan may take between three and eight weeks, and the search for old or limited items may take some weeks more, imports from Japan may have delivery times of several months. We appreciate your kind understanding in this matter. In general, we will try to order any anime, manga or merchandising item, even if you do not find it on our webpage. |

Pricing
All quotations of prices are subject to changes and errors. All information is supplied without liability. As we import many of our items, slight changes in pricing are unfortunately always possible. |

Proof of age
We need a completely legible copy of your identity card or passport which confirms that the purchaser is at least 18 years of age in order to ship the following items:
- Import DVDs
- Import VHS Videos
Please verify this copy with your legally binding signature.
Transmission via Fax: Front and back of your identity card. Please set your fax to highly accurate/ photo transmission
Transmission via e-mail: Front and back of your identity card. Please post the pictures in jpg-format.
Of course, it is also possible to send us the copy via normal mail.

Delivery costs

We ship all deliveries as insured parcels via Deutsche Post AG.

Payment by cash on delivery 3,50 € plus cash on delivery surcharge and fee for the transmission of funds (delivery surcharge is 3,60 € and the fee for the transmission of funds (ZK) is 2,00 €)
If the value of goods is 95,00 € or more, the 3,50 € cost for packaging and delivery are omitted. |
